Certainly, looking beautiful and attractive is every woman’s need and want – This need or want can easily be catered to with excellent skin care. If we look at it from the perspective – SKIN, considered important organ of human body, as it is one of the five sensory organs. The skin covers and protects which are delicate and need utmost care and protection. Apart from just protecting important organs, skin counts to the outer appearance and beauty of any individual. We already have claimed that having a beautiful and attractive appearance is every woman’s need. A healthy glowing skin indicates that one’s body is getting all the needed attention and is being happy from within. To give such needed attention to our skin or to keep the body happy from within one should take simple and needed skin care by the precious body. A healthy skin and a beautiful appearance can be adopted by 

practicing few skin care tips like: 

  • Having a regular skin-wash:

    A very logical action, if you want to have a regular skin care the first step can be keeping the skin clean. One should wash skin to keep it clean and away from any sort of allergies / ailments. Skin should be washed on a daily basis – as part of a regular bath and with suitable cleansing agents. It is not really a good idea to use expensive and fancy skin care product to have a perfect skin care. Even the experts advice to use a mild, scentless cleansing agent to get rid of the dirt, germs and dead skin accumulation on the surface of our skin. Any ordinary cleansing soap also possess equal amount of the moisturizing qualities in it of an expensive or fancy cleansing product.
  • Protecting the skin from the sun:

    After regular skin wash comes – protecting the skin from the sun and its rays containing Ultra violet rays – results into tanning of the skin. Acknowledging the fact that sun rays up to a specific unit works to be healthy for our body but not in access. Long term and excess of sun exposure results into various skin problems like – early wrinkles, age spots which can finally result into skin cancer which is very bad. Some of the basic skincare to protect your skin from sun might be: Regular use of sunscreen, of SPF at least 15. Follow reapplying sunscreen after every two hours when outdoor and more often when swimming or perspiring. Seeking shelter, when sunrays are strongest - Advisable, to avoid sun between 11am to 4pm. Practice wearing protective clothes, like long sleeved shirts, long pants and wide brimmed hats while moving out in sun.
  • Healthy intake for beautiful skin:

    In order to keep your skin healthy – it’s best to work from within. Practice having a healthy and balanced diet that includes raw / unprocessed food, plenty of yellow and orange vegetables rich in needed vitamin value, food high in sulfur such as garlic, onion, eggs etc. Also include fruits, seeds, grains and nuts in perfect balance helping the skin, to attain maximum glow from within.
Following some of the simple and basic skin care tips you can contribute your efforts in attaining beautiful glowing skin in long run. These would result into satisfying the basic need of every woman to look beautiful and attain attractive appearance.
